The second one is a pizza pasta salad that will make you think you are having pizza for lunch. Yes, you heard that right! Let's start with the classic. To make this heavenly pasta salad, you will need:

Pasta Salad with Lunch Ingredients

  • 1 can of drained tuna or cooked chicken
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup of diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup of diced red onion

  • 1 cup of cooked and cooled corn
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain and rinse with cold water. Combine the pasta, tuna or chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, celery, and corn in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk the mayo or yogurt, Dijon mustard, dill, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
